        We are manufacturing MS Square ,Rectangular and Round Hollow Section Tubes by the electro welding process either from Hot Rolled or Cold Rolled steel strips in cold form.

       After being uncoiled, the flat strip is progressively formed as it passes through a series of vertical and horizontal forming rolls before being welded. High Frequency Induction Method enables welding of the strip edges without any addition of filter metal. Continuously welded pipes are passed through a sizing section and cut into specified lengths by an automatic cut-off machine. Each pipe is then fed into a variety of finishing machines according to specific requirements.

       Pre-painted Galvanized Corrugated sheet is the ideal solution for covering the roof of industrial building or factory. It is being manufactured with a thickness of 0.35mm, 0.40mm and 0.50mm. It is available in different colours like Blue, Red, Green, Yellow and White. The width is 1 Meter and any length can be cut as per the customer's requirements.

Polyethylene Foam Insulated Roof Panel

It is a product in which the polyethylene foam cell structured sheet is attached to pre-painted galvanized steel sheet. Polyethylene glued sheet has an independent cell structure. It is also made of independent foam separating other cells and it prevents any air or water passing through it. The aluminium foil skin at the bottom gives an attractive finished look and brightens the interior of the buildings like factories, warehouses, cold storages etc. The width of the panel is 1 meter and the foam thicknesses are available in the range of 4mm, 6mm and 8mm.

Composite Floor Decking Panels
Composite Floor Decks feature a galvanized ribbed profile with embossments designed to interlock with the concrete slab. The deep profile allows a deep and stronger pour of concrete therefore a higher slab depth can be obtained. As with all the floor decking panels the widths allow for easy installation with the male and female receptors. The deck initially acts as a form for the concrete, and after the concrete cures, the deck acts as the positive moment reinforcement.
