Square hollow tubes are cold formed and welded from either hot rolled, cold rolled or pre-galvanized. Hollow sectional structural tubes are manufactured from flat steel strips which are formed by gradually changing its shape through continuous sets of rolls. The strips of the edges are heated at big induction welders and then forged together with welding rolls. During the manufacturing process the mother tube goes through a series of shaping stands which form the round HSS (mother tube) into the final square shape.
